Short, because this sells minutes rather than a mortgage.
What you are buying
Minutes of spoken practice with a generated character. They are sold in packs — 15 minutes, 40 minutes, 100 minutes — at the prices shown, including Norwegian VAT. Minutes never expire, and you are charged for the seconds you actually talk through rather than for the conversation you started. A single conversation runs to five minutes at most.
Your code
Minutes live on a code rather than an account. Whoever holds the code holds the minutes, exactly like a cinema ticket, so keep it somewhere. We store a one-way fingerprint of it and cannot recover or re-send a code that has been lost along with the email it arrived in.
Refunds
Minutes are delivered immediately, so buying them gives up the 14-day right to change your mind once any of them have been used. If you have used none, write to us within 14 days and you get the money back with no argument. If something broke and took your minutes with it, write to us and we will put them back — that is a fault, not a refund.
What this is not
Everyone you speak to is AI-generated. Nobody real is involved, nobody is available to meet, and nothing here is therapy, coaching or medical advice. It is practice. If talking to people is causing you real distress, a person who does this for a living will help you more than a website will.
Fair use
Use it yourself, from a browser. Do not resell access, script it, or use it to generate content of somebody who exists. Codes found to be shared far beyond one person can be stopped, and the unused minutes on them refunded.
