What we keep

A fingerprint of your code

A one-way hash, so the code itself is never stored anywhere. It is what your remaining minutes are counted against.

Seconds bought and seconds spent

A dated line for each purchase and each conversation, with no content and nothing identifying in it. This is the accounting.

Your payment, at Stripe

Card details are typed on Stripe’s own page and never reach us. We see that a payment succeeded, what it was for, and the email you gave them so the code can be sent to you.

Anonymous page views

Counted without cookies and without building a profile. It says how many people arrived, never who.

What we do not keep

• What you say. Your speech is streamed to the voice provider to be answered and is not recorded by us.
• Your camera. The video never leaves the conversation, and the camera is off until you press the button that starts one.
• Your transcript. It lives in the page while you are looking at it and is gone when you leave or start again.
• Your name, your email or an account. There is none of any of them unless you buy minutes, and then only the email your payment carried.

Who else is involved

Her voice is generated by OpenAI and her face by Anam, both in real time and neither storing the conversation for us. Payments go through Stripe. Your code is emailed by Resend. Minutes are counted in an Upstash database, and the site runs on Vercel. Each of them sees only the part they need to do their job.

Your part

You can ask what is held against your code, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a copy, by writing to support@5000approaches.io with the code in the message. Deleting it deletes the minutes on it, which cannot be undone. Clearing your browser storage forgets the code on that device — keep the email it came in, because it is the only way back to your minutes.
